1) About Us

Splash Sanitary (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies sanitary hardware and accessories in Pakistan.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3) Products & Information

• We aim for accurate photos, specs, and sizing. Minor color/finish variation may occur.

• Installation should be done by a qualified professional. We are not responsible for damage from incorrect installation or misuse.

4) Pricing & Availability

• Prices are in PKR and may change without notice.

• Stock is updated regularly but not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

• Promotions/coupons are time-bound and subject to their own rules.

5) Orders

• After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp.

• We may cancel or limit quantities for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Any paid amount for a cancelled item will be refunded.

6) Payment

• Accepted: Cash on Delivery (where available), debit/credit cards via secure gateway, and other listed methods at checkout.

• Card data is processed by the payment gateway; we do not store full card details.

7) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship nationwide via trusted couriers.

• Delivery time varies by city and stock status; an estimate is shown at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or designated recipient.

• If a parcel is damaged on arrival, note it with the rider and contact us within 24 hours with photos.

8) Inspection on Delivery

Please check the package (quantity, model, visible damage) at delivery. Report shortages or wrong items within 24 hours.

9) Returns & Exchanges

• Window: 7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories.

• Not eligible: installed/used items, custom-cut hoses/pipes, hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., Muslim showers) once opened, items damaged by misuse or poor installation.

• Process: message us with order number, reason, and photos. We’ll approve and share return instructions.

• Costs: return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

• Refund method: original payment method; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

• Replacement is subject to stock availability.

10) Warranty

• Manufacturer defect warranty: 30 days from delivery unless a different period is stated on the product page.

• Warranty covers manufacturing faults; it does not cover wear-and-tear, lime scale, pressure spikes, or damage from improper installation/cleaning.

• We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after assessment.

11) Installation & Use

• Follow local plumbing standards and pressure guidelines.

• Use mild cleaners; harsh chemicals may void finish warranty.

12) User Accounts

• Keep your login secure and update details when they change.

• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

13) Reviews & Content

• You may post fair reviews and photos you own.

• Don’t post spam, defamatory, or illegal content.

• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display your review on our site and social channels.

14) Intellectual Property

• All site content (logos, text, images) belongs to Splash Sanitary or licensors.

• You may not copy, sell, or modify our content without permission.

15) Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.).

• Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

16) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., courier strikes, floods, power or network outages).

17) Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it for details on collection, use, and security.

18) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may use or link to third-party services (payment, shipping, analytics). We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Gujranwala (Punjab), subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
