Return & Refund Policy

1) Overview

We want you to be confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility for Return

A return is eligible when the item is:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

  • Free from scratches, dents, stains, seal-breaks, or plumbing putty/tape.

  • Accompanied by a valid order number and photos (on request).

Installed or tested items are considered used and are not eligible.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hygiene items (e.g., Muslim showers/hand showers) once packaging seal is broken.

  • Installed/used faucets, drains, flush tanks, hoses, valves, or accessories.

  • Custom-cut pipes/hoses, made-to-order parts.

  • Items damaged by incorrect installation, harsh chemicals, or water pressure spikes.

  • Clearance/last-sale items marked “non-returnable”.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Damaged in transit: report within 24 hours with outer-box and product photos.

  • Manufacturing defect / DOA: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

  • Wrong item sent: report within 48 hours (keep product unused).
    We will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.

5) How to Start a Return

  2. Share order number, reason, and clear photos.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions. Unapproved parcels may be refused.

  4. Pack securely in original box with all inserts to avoid transit damage.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or wrong: we cover return shipping or reimburse standard courier charges.

  • For change-of-mind / wrong size ordered: shipping is your responsibility.

7) Refunds

  • Issued after the item passes inspection at our warehouse (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt).

  • Method: same as original payment where possible. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll refund the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

8) Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Tell us your replacement item during the return request. We’ll ship after we receive and verify the original item. Price differences (if any) will be settled before dispatch.

9) Packaging & Condition Checks

Returns must include:

  • Product in original inner bags, caps, fixings, gaskets, screws, mounts.

  • Brand box + protective foam/card.

  • Outer carton to prevent courier damage.
    Items returned incomplete or damaged may be rejected or refunded partially.

10) Warranty After the Return Window

Manufacturer-defect warranty is 30 days from delivery (unless stated otherwise on the product page). Warranty covers manufacturing faults only—not wear, lime scale, corrosion from harsh cleaners, or pressure damage. We may repair, replace, or refund after assessment.

11) Order Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: full refund.

  • After dispatch: treat as a standard return (see Sections 2–7).
